Scheduling and Fees
At this time, holistic care such as yoga therapy and energy medicine sessions are not accepted by insurance companies. Therefore, we are unable to bill insurance. However, some HSA accounts may cover session fees. Please contact your medical provider regarding details of your personal coverage. We will continue to promote alternative medicine efforts to be covered in the state of Tennessee.

All prospective clients are invited to schedule one free 15 minute conversation with Stephanie to help you determine if a yoga therapy and energy medicine program is right for you.

SCHEDULING AND BILLED TIME
Please contact Stephanie directly to schedule an introductory consultation and for additional availability.
Consultations are billed based on the amount of time spent with the practitioner. Therefore, longer sessions may be billed accordingly. If you have a special request or need for a sliding scale, please share this in your introductory consultation.
Off-site sessions and classes are available.
Payment is due in full at the time of the visit.
Cash, check and PayPal for credit cards are all accepted methods of payment.
Because of the considerable amount of time Stephanie prepares for and reserves for client visits, when clients late cancel or no-show to an appointment, it leaves a considerable gap that could have been spent caring for another person. For this reason we request 48 hours notice when cancelling appointments. If a visit is cancelled with less than 48 hours notice (or if there is a no-show), a $135 fee will be charged.
