Mindfulness & Meditation Program

Stephanie teaches introductory sessions for mindfulness & meditation to individuals and groups.  She also teaches a 30-day Meditation Transformation Quick Start Program to jumpstart your way to achieve greater peace.  See more details listed below.

 

She draws from a plethora of mindfulness and meditation methodologies such as:

In the spring of 2011, Stephanie's first meditation teacher was Kristin Kirk located in Boston & subsequently Hawaii, and also the Shambhala Center in Montpelier, Vermont. 

 

Since then, she has continued her studies with Daniel LaMontagne of Memphis, Tennessee, Memphis Quaker Friends Meeting House, TheTeacher / Leong Tan from Thailand in the Sun / Phat Dao tradition and many others. 

 

She has been meditating on a regular basis since 2011.

She often leads monthly group tea gatherings and meditations at her studio.

Meditation Transformation 30 Day Quick Start

This introductory 30 day meditation program will help you jump start your state of inner & outer peace and achieve better health.  We will review your intake information and your unique health goals and challenges.  We will put together a plan tailored to your specific goals and your unique lifestyle.  This Quick Start program is intended to give you a quick jump-start to get you on the path to meeting your health and wellness goals.

We will first hold an initial consultation conducted by phone to understand your current challenges, your meditation goals and vision.  We will then have four 75 - minute one-on-one sessions, each a video coaching call or an in-person session.  In each session we will layer and deepen the work so that you can continue to up level your meditation success.
