Stephanie teaches a variety of specialty workshops.  Below are the current offerings.

This schedule is effective for Winter & Spring 2020.


We will move, balance and find flexibility through easy chair poses and gentle movements.  Class will include basic yoga and energy medicine exercises.  This is a small intimate group of 6-8 people.  This is a beginner class or for those that have limited mobility but are OK with using a chair for stability. 

Tues 11am-12pm on April 1, 8, 15, 22, 29, and May 6, 2020

Private Studio in Midtown, Memphis, TN

$75 for 6 weeks, drop-ins $15
