WORKPLACE YOGA WITH STEPHANIE

​Stephanie teaches yoga in workplaces in and around Memphis, TN.  These include beginner, intermediate, chair, adult, senior, and teacher classes.  Each class at the respective workplaces is indicative of the people that arrive to each class.  Therefore, each class is a unique energetic blueprint of breathing and yoga movements based on the participants and where they are at in every single moment. 

 

Workplace offerings may be geared towards one of two paths: 

 

1) A Chair Movement class which includes sweat-free movement, meditation and stress reduction

 

or

 

2) A Higher Movement class for those looking for a bigger workout and/or deeper stretching.
