30 Day plan to tap into your nervous system and teach it how to relax and flow with ease. Melt away and restore on my comfortable massage table. We are surrounded by huge window panes, sunlight pouring in and magical trees. If you need to recharge and rebalance your energy over the course of one month, this is for you! We will put together a plan tailored to your specific goals and your unique lifestyle. This Quick Start program is intended to give you a quick jump-start to get you on the path to teaching your body to relax so you can improve and meet your health goals. Includes 4 one-on-one sessions, each ninety minutes long via video call or in-person. Check out the 3 Month Intensive for longer lasting success.
